Description

Come along and have an experience out of the ordinary when the king of horror and fantasy stories, Kenneth Bøgh Andersen, visits the Museum Obscurum!

For this lecture, Kenneth will talk about his latest book 'Danish Fairy Tales - a bestiary'. The book is an encyclopedia of all the strange, wonderful and dangerous creatures that people once believed in.

Back then, the cities were small, the forests large, the bogs deep and the nights pitch black, because there was no electric light. As darkness fell, a host of supernatural creatures emerged – some friendly and helpful, others fearsome and deadly.

The book fits perfectly into the intricate universe of the Museum Obscurum, and therefore the lecture is followed by a tour!

It will be possible to buy the book for the lecture.

Coffee/tea is included in the ticket price.

NB:

Due to limited space in the Museum Obscurum, there will be a tour from 18.00-19.00 and lectures from 19.00-20.00. Both parts included in the ticket.
