Terms and conditions

Prices

All prices on the webshop are in DKK. Danish kroner. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment

We accept the following cards: Dankort, Visa and Master Card. MobilePay too.

Freight

The webshop has a fixed price for shipping of DKK 100 incl. VAT. This applies to all physical goods sent via GLS and PostNord in Denmark. This does not include Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

When you buy for more than DKK 1000 or more, we pay for the shipment with a smile. However, it is only free as long as you live within Denmark's borders. Delivery is not free of charge to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery of tickets

Museum Lolland-Falster sends the tickets via e-mail when the payment has been processed. The tickets can then be printed or you can show them on your mobile. The validity of the tickets is stated on the ticket itself with the date and time.

Delivery of physical goods

Once you have placed an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. Your order will be processed within 4-6 business days. The day we ship the goods, you will receive an email. Delivery takes place either via GLS or PostNord and only directly to the address you have given when ordering.
Be sure to enter correct address information. In the event that the package is returned due to incorrect address information or if the package has been refused receipt or could not be delivered, we will return the amount on the goods, but not on any freight paid.

Delivery address

When you order and buy your goods from us, you should know that you can advantageously write a different delivery address than your home address. Instead, write the address of the place where you work and receive your goods where you are always sure to be present. You save time and at the same time avoid a lot of hassle, as well as the long way to the post office if you are not just home when the package arrives.

The same applies if the item is a gift or just needs to be delivered to an address other than your own.

Wrapping

Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to pack your goods.

Secure payment

Museum Lolland-Falster guarantees that it is safe to shop online with us. We use the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which ensures that your payment information during the order process is encrypted and unreadable to others. The information you provide when paying is always protected during the transfer from your own computer. You can see that the encryption is active when a yellow padlock appears in the lower right corner of your Internet browser. On https://www.nets.eu/dk-da/digital-sikkerhed/Pages/Verified-by-Visa-og-MasterCard-Secure-Code.aspx you can see how an SSL payment is made. The museum's webshop also uses Nets Easy, which ensures that your payment with Dankort and credit card is secure. See more here https://www.nets.eu/da-DK/payments/online.

VAT

25% VAT has been calculated on the goods for all customers. However, the Danish VAT will be deducted on orders outside the EU. Some countries (such as Norway) have special agreements, and you can contact your local customs office and get the Danish VAT refunded.

There is no VAT on tickets, but there is a ticket fee of DKK 4. + VAT.

Fee

Tickets sold on the webshop have a ticket fee of DKK 4. + VAT.

Right of return and cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchase without justification within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets and gift cards.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of the decision to cancel this agreement by letter or e-mail.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned or you have provided documentation of having returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days. Return costs must be paid by you.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. Put another way: the item must be returned unused.

The amount will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase.

Returned goods are sent to: Museum Lolland-Falster, Frisegade 40, 4800 Nykøbing F.

It is possible to exchange the goods in the shop Den Gamle Købmandshandel, Færgestræde 1A, 4800 Nykøbing F. or in the shop at Stiftsmuseet, Banegårdspladsen 11, 4930 Maribo.
