Description

Come along as we go on discoveries in the old thatched half-timbered houses and take a closer look at life in the old days. Back then, the beds were small, the rooms dark and low-ceilinged, and the time of year had great significance for life in a village. We take a closer look at the good and bad sides of the 'good old days', what did people actually eat 250 years ago and which new and revolutionary initiatives had such a great impact on the population that they had ground-breaking consequences?

The tour also delves into the museum's special exhibition 'All you need is love...?', where Falstergården is transformed into a 1800th-century wedding, with all the traditions, actions and whimsical measures that could entail.

You can look forward to that and other stories every Tuesday in July.

After the tour, coffee and cake are served, which can be enjoyed in the cozy shop or in the museum's scenic area.
